What storage options are included?
All Eufy cameras include free local storage via microSD card (up to 128GB). Cloud storage is optional at $10/month per camera for 30-day history, or $100/year for 60-day history. No hidden fees or forced subscriptions.
Do I need a subscription for the cameras to work?
No! Eufy cameras work fully without any subscription. You get AI detection, local storage, and app access at no monthly cost. Subscriptions are only needed for extended cloud backup.
What's included in the installation?
Complete professional installation includes: cameras, mounting hardware, power wiring, Wi-Fi setup, app configuration, and testing. We handle everything from start to finish in 4-6 hours for most homes.
What warranty is included?
All installations include a 2-year parts and labor warranty. Eufy cameras have a 1-year manufacturer warranty, extended to 2 years when professionally installed by us.
Do the cameras work at night?
Yes! All our cameras feature advanced night vision up to 30-50 feet in complete darkness using infrared LEDs. The 4K models provide color night vision when ambient light is available.
Can I access the cameras remotely?
Absolutely! View live feeds, receive alerts, and review recordings from anywhere using the Eufy Security app (iOS/Android). Multi-user access lets family members monitor simultaneously.
What if I don't have power outlets where I need cameras?
We provide professional wiring as part of the installation. We'll run power lines through your attic or walls to hardwire cameras anywhere needed. Battery-powered options are also available for certain locations.
